Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the product strategy for Card Receivables in Brazil, leading mapping and integrations for platform evolution to support use cases for registry entities.
  • •Support the product roadmap and delivery of value to clients (current and future) and to Pismo Strategy.
  • •Manage and prioritize the product backlog using criteria for recommendations, decisions, and team allocation in development.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and other teams to deliver cross-squad solutions using Agile methods, including discussions on product prioritization.
  • •Ensure product scalability and non-functional aspects (integrity, resilience, scalability) while understanding customer requirements and translating feedback into product development.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be based in Brazil.
  • •Proficiency in English at B1 level or above (Intermediate).
  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • •Experience with Card Receivables in the Brazilian market.
  • •Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management; ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
