Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and negotiate partner agreements while managing legal engagements aligned with regulatory and business needs.
  • •Participate in development, launch, and evolution of new channel/partner programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Support channel distribution models and technology partnerships by building scalable legal processes to meet growth objectives.
  • •Oversee multi-jurisdiction compliance for channel development and contracting; perform compliance risk assessments and policy gap analyses.
  • •Create and deliver ethics and compliance training for stakeholders interfacing with channel partners.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • •8+ years of combined relevant legal experience at a law firm and within a high-growth technology company.
  • •Proven ability to develop and implement effective partner programs across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Strong analytical skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and related issues (including compliance, data privacy, information security, AI, and IP).
