Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including receiving, processing, verifying invoices, and preparing payments.
  • •Oversee accounts receivable by generating/sending invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and managing collections.
  • •Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • •Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues with vendors and customers in a timely manner.
  • •Support month-end and year-end closing, including preparing journal entries and accruals, and maintain organized compliant records.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist or in a similar accounting role.
  • •Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and procedures.
