Job Summary

Work with Sales, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce CRM requirements for manufacturing and sales processes. Analyze lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, and dealer/distributor workflows, then translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, configure CRM features, and partner with developers/architects through UAT and sign-off while preparing BRD/FRD and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders to understand and document CRM requirements.
•Analyze manufacturing-specific processes including lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, dealer/distributor management, and after-sales service.
•Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
•Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
•Configure Salesforce features (objects, fields, validation rules, workflows/flows, and reports) and bridge business users with technical teams; support UAT and documentation (BRD/FRD).

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience as a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing-specific processes such as lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, and dealer/distributor management.
•Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
•Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
•Support UAT planning/execution, defect triage, sign-off, and prepare BRD/FRD with test scenarios and training materials.
