Key Responsibilities

•Ensure guest safety by proactively interacting with guests and removing hazards in your area of responsibility.
•Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
•Lead guests and other employees in emergency evacuation procedures and provide assistance.
•Inspect every guest with a metal detector or pat-down search to prevent weapons or harmful items from entering the venue.
•Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, and communicate clearly using radios, hand signals, and flashlights throughout the shift.
