Job Summary

Lead Visa’s global ISV technology partner strategy for Acceptance Solutions, including commercial modeling and scalable program structures. Define and own the global tech partner program, establish governance and success metrics, and develop a data-driven vision to grow incremental partnerships, markets, and revenue. Partner with product, regional sales, and solutions teams to pilot, launch, and adapt global programs—building business units, functions, and KPIs to support ISV growth on Cybersource, Authorize.NET, and Verifi.

•Define and own the global ISV tech partner program, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
•Partner with the ISV Segment Leader to design, pilot, and launch global programs supporting tech partner growth and enablement.
•Establish program frameworks, success metrics, and governance models to support global adoption, including KPI and measurement design.
•Develop and deploy a global strategic vision for incremental technology partnerships, aligning target markets, partners, value proposition, and incremental revenue targets.
•Coordinate with product and regional sales/solution organizations to deploy the global strategy, design regional modifications, and build functions and business unit structures to support ISV growth.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years with an advanced degree such as a Masters/MBA/JD/MD, or 5+ years with a PhD).
•Business experience including sales and/or relationship management.
•Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives efficiently.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and summarize business and financial data for planning and decision-making.
