Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run lifecycle and adoption campaigns that drive customer awareness and active usage of features.
  • •Create a cadence of customer stories across formats (case studies, video, slide-ready summaries, and co-branded content).
  • •Build and manage a customer reference and advocacy program by recruiting and nurturing advocates.
  • •Own the analyst relations (AR) program, including annual strategy, briefing preparation, inquiry management, and ongoing analyst engagement.
  • •Lead analyst evaluation management (e.g., Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape) and maintain AR intelligence to feed market insights to product and go-to-market teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years running customer marketing campaigns focused on product adoption and advocacy.
  • •Run customer-focused programs end-to-end, including onboarding, loyalty, and expansion/upsell initiatives.
  • •Significant experience creating customer-facing content such as case studies, customer stories, or executive communications.
  • •Experience using CRM data (Salesforce) and customer lifecycle metrics (NPS, CSAT, expansion signals).
  • •Comfort partnering cross-functionally with product, sales, and executives to gather input and drive alignment.
