•Serve as an in-house subject matter expert on power distribution systems and grid modernization; provide technical leadership for customer teams adopting Gridsight-powered workflows.
•Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements to communicate operational and commercial value.
•Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for new utility customers, including deployment, configuration, data migration, and third-party integrations.
•Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feed UK/EU market requirements and influence the product roadmap; advise customers on data management and engineering analytics best practices.
•Represent Gridsight at industry events and cultivate long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, driving adoption and platform utilization.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience in power systems engineering, distribution planning, or a related field within utilities or energy technology
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field
•Hands-on experience with advanced power system modeling tools (e.g., PowerFactory, CYME, PSS/E) and cloud-based SaaS technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus
•Strong skills in data management, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data processing
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
