Key Responsibilities

  • •Set corporate event strategy across the events portfolio, partnering with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to align events to business priorities.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on event strategy and recommendations on where and how to show up.
  • •Build and maintain a repeatable event planning and execution playbook to support program consistency as it scales.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of proprietary executive events, including messaging, logistics, branding, collateral, vendor management, and timelines.
  • •Track event performance in CRM, produce scorecards, and report on effectiveness against pipeline and engagement goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • •10+ years managing corporate and/or agency event programs, with enterprise tech experience strongly preferred.
  • •Track record leading global, executive-level events with Global 2000 stakeholders.
  • •Strong executive presence plus written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft 365, and event/marketing tools such as Marketo and Cvent.
