Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn all facets of packaging and apply packaging engineering skills to support logistics and distribution operations.
  • •Under supervision, determine packaging/handling efficiencies and prepare improvements for cost-effective storage and worldwide distribution.
  • •Assist with logistics support analysis using established company policies and procedures in accordance with domestic and international laws.
  • •Support development of warehousing material flow, equipment layout, and capital budget for storing assembly and support materials.
  • •Maintain hazardous materials (dangerous goods) awareness, support HM-232 compliance, and evaluate/classify hazardous materials packaging instructions for compliant shipments.
