Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise production/operation functions including assembly, inspection, testing, and final test related to capital equipment, components, subassemblies, and subsystems.
  • •Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements; support performance metrics and milestone meetings.
  • •Ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and act as an interface for customer/vendor requirements; analyze cost of quality opportunities and initiate corrective action.
  • •Oversee prevention of employee accidents and injuries, ensure EHS training (including for temporaries), and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • •Manage employee selection, hiring, reward and discipline; develop personnel, implement employee development plans, and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality with corrective actions.
