Filialleiter / Store Manager (m/w/d)

Lead day-to-day store operations and represent the Levi Strauss brand and values from the front line. Drive store profit and loss targets by maximizing sell-out, controlling costs, and managing stock, payroll, admin, and rosters. Monitor KPIs and performance, analyze commercial data, and support action plans with the District Manager. Recruit, induct, motivate, mentor, and train a high-caliber team with strong denim product knowledge.
