Vans: Sales Lead - Northshore Mall

Lead store sales performance by supporting the store leadership team with customer engagement, goal attainment, and selling behavior. Coach and supervise associates, provide actionable feedback, and model the brand’s voice and customer experience standards. Monitor sales progress against key targets, foster an inclusive, consumer-centric environment, and occasionally run the store in the absence of a manager by covering breaks, meals, or opening duties.
