•Complete sales plans for the managed region and develop regional sales policy in line with national and global policy.

•Establish and maintain contacts with business partners, negotiate cooperation terms with key clients, and supervise implementation.
•Oversee supply and distribution continuity and ensure points of sale maintain Pandora image standards.
