Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze MRP supply and demand issues and research exception/non-program accounts such as scrap, stock differences, and excess.
  • •Provide daily/weekly reporting of GPD errors using PRISM MRP data and support resolution with internal customers.
  • •Assist with new material group set-ups and ensure correct grouping of operative WBS elements.
  • •Support analysis of inventory cost shifts, undistributed costs, and variance research.
  • •Provide full-service support for project closure activities by resolving grouping, pegging, and distribution errors and completing PRISM closures with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience; alternatively, an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
  • •Working experience with SAP and/or APEX and/or PRISM or similar financial systems.
  • •Working experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • •Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), PRISM, or comparable MRP tools.
