Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for project status, providing recurring budget, schedule, and risk updates to leadership.
  • •Build and maintain cost reports, schedules, and completion forecasts for real-time portfolio visibility.
  • •Lead construction end-to-end, including tracking permits, bid and contractor selection (including GC contract negotiations), and managing vendors/internal procurement.
  • •Partner with Development and Engineering to finalize design and identify constructability issues prior to submission to the AHJ.
  • •Communicate with corporate leadership on schedules, policies/procedures, permits, safety, sustainability, quality control, budget performance, and negotiate vendor contracts.

Key Requirements
