Key Responsibilities

•Direct and supervise ushers and other staff, providing customer service by greeting and assisting customers and handling inquiries and complaints.
•Lead and train staff on an ongoing basis, including ensuring everyone is informed on event-specific details.
•Assign and schedule team members to duties, oversee productivity and work assignments, and communicate challenges/status with management.
•Coordinate rest periods in line with state and local law and help find coverage.
•Assist management with venue compliance, including safety regulations; oversee safety/health/security duties; and support end-of-show venue closing activities such as cleanup and equipment storage.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
•Strong relationship-building and communication skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
•Ability to work independently and meet physical demands including constant walking and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
