Manage and oversee outsourced recovery agencies to drive effective debt recovery for credit and personal loan portfolios. Allocate delinquent accounts using bucket strategy, monitor agency performance against assigned targets, and process settlement proposals within delegation authority. Produce recovery MIS dashboards, support incentive calculations, and ensure agencies follow bank policies and UAE regulatory requirements. Coordinate approvals with legal, risk, and MIS teams while assisting escalated customer resolution and complaint handling.
