Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership to identify and develop strategies and projects delivering high business value across the manufacturing platform.
  • •Develop labor-reducing, cost-saving automation projects using expertise, engineering partners, and OEMs.
  • •Stay current on regulations and codes for packaging equipment design and operations and recommend improvements to programs and goals.
  • •Create and review Front End Loading packages, including technology assessments, layouts, infrastructure requirements, acceptance criteria, performance criteria, risks, and alternatives.
  • •Troubleshoot packaging operations, lead machine design improvements and equipment modifications, and support site assessments and acceptance trials.
