Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively engage with internal Visa teams in strategic & planning discussions.
  • •Lead consulting initiatives and project teams for opportunities with bank partners.
  • •Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations to address key client challenges.
  • •Analyze large data sets to produce insights, analyses, and recommendations that improve client performance and growth.
  • •Create scalable solutions, toolkits, standard methodology documents, and consulting approaches for the VCA practice.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •At least 4 years of strategy consulting experience (Big3 and others).
  • •Strong analytical skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical ability.
  • •Outstanding communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills; able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • •Experience managing a team; prior consulting experience at Big3 or other strategy consulting firms; strong PowerPoint and Excel modelling skills.
