Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary architect and senior consultant for technology transformations, including architecture governance, standards, design reviews, and risk mitigation.
  • •Build and maintain business capability and architecture documentation, solution selection criteria, and individual and integrated technology roadmaps for Enterprise Services Technology.
  • •Lead architecture and program delivery for building automation systems (BAS), OT/IT convergence, and centralized facility monitoring and operations capabilities, including integrations with CMMS, FDD, and enterprise platforms.
  • •Partner with solution teams during discovery, design, implementation, testing, and adoption to ensure traceability, resolve risks/issues, and mentor solution teams.
  • •Drive workplace experience improvements through technology offerings using stakeholder workshops, process re-design, target-state process maps, and RACI, and deliver success metrics for rollout and ROI/KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading and implementing workplace strategy programs at enterprise or site level as an end-user, service-provider, or consultant.
  • •10+ years leading enterprise-wide IT products across product management, project management, development, and/or architecture.
  • •10+ years experience in real estate, facilities operations, and/or facilities management.
  • •10+ years partnering with stakeholders to develop technology strategies and roadmaps, and managing relationships and partnerships with customers, suppliers, peers, and partners.
