Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support for implementation of the Simfer Integrated HSE Management System under Business Services contracts.
  • •Provide daily HSE support to contractors across aviation, mass transport, light vehicles, camp operations, catering, waste management, and vehicle maintenance.
  • •Lead contractor HSE audits, inspections, verifications, and assurance activities.
  • •Support risk assessments, critical risk management processes, and development of operational controls.
  • •Facilitate incident investigations and ensure effective corrective action implementation; analyze HSE performance data and prepare reports for management reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a degree in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 7 years of HSE experience in mining, logistics, transport, facilities management, aviation, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Demonstrate strong knowledge of subcontractor management systems.
  • •Proven experience conducting HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • •Communicate effectively in written and spoken English (French is an advantage); be proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
