Job Summary

Plan, build, and execute verification for new and existing AMD SoC features. Collaborate with architects, hardware, and firmware engineers to understand requirements, create test plan documentation, and estimate/prepare directed and random verification tests. Debug test failures to identify root causes, work with RTL and firmware teams to fix design defects, and review functional/code coverage to adjust or add tests and meet coverage targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, and firmware engineers to understand features to be verified.
•Build test plan documentation covering interactions across features, hardware, firmware, and software driver use cases.
•Estimate effort for writing new feature tests and changes required in the test environment.
•Build directed and random verification tests.
•Debug test failures to determine root cause; resolve issues with RTL and firmware teams and ensure coverage requirements via code/functional metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,338,160 - 4,768,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in IP/Sub-System/SoC level ASIC verification.
•Debug firmware and RTL code using simulation tools.
•Proficient in UVM testbenches and working in Linux and Windows environments.
•Experience with Verilog, System Verilog, C, and C++.
•Knowledge of processor micro-architecture concepts such as reset/boot-flow, cache coherency, and interrupt flows.
