Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate mechanical construction activities for HVAC systems, including ductwork, chilled water piping, equipment installation, insulation, and associated works.
  • •Lead and coordinate Mechanical Supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and construction crews to achieve project objectives.
  • •Plan daily and weekly work activities aligned to project schedules and construction priorities.
  • •Review construction drawings, method statements, work procedures, and project specifications before execution, ensuring mechanical works comply with codes and approved IFC drawings.
  • •Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, and material availability; coordinate QA/QC inspections and ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and HSE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • •10+ years of mechanical construction experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, chilled water piping, equipment installation, and testing/commissioning support.
  • •Supervisory or construction management training preferred.
  • •Additional HSE certifications preferred/advantageous.
