Senior Supervisor, Mechanical

Supervise and coordinate mechanical construction activities for HVAC systems, including ductwork, chilled water piping, equipment installation, insulation, and related works. Lead Mechanical Supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and crews while planning daily and weekly activities, reviewing drawings/method statements, and coordinating across engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning, and procurement. Monitor progress, manpower, and materials, ensure code and spec compliance, manage inspections, and drive safe execution through punch list and mechanical completion.
