Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with extensive employment law experience, including at least 3 years in a law firm environment and litigation background.
  • •Deep expertise in platform work and worker classification, including interpreting and applying the EU Platform Workers Directive and related employment legislation.
  • •Strong legal judgment, with experience advising senior stakeholders and collaborating across multi-jurisdictional teams.
  • •Excellent communication and drafting skills, including executive-level communication and legal drafting.
  • •Fluency in English and fluency in at least one additional European language, with willingness to be based in or relocate to an EU market.
