Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and support production processes, monitor productivity.
  • •Follow production standards for quality at the factory level.
  • •Implement new methodologies on the production floor.
  • •Organize, standardize, and equip shifts.
  • •Implement actions to improve key production metrics (e.g., effectiveness, scrap, productivity, downtime, schedule attainment, on-time delivery).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing manufacturing operations in a leadership role for at least 1 year.

  • •Willingness to travel.
