Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify system enablement needs for new products and modernization initiatives.
  • •Drive intake, documentation, and validation of Finance systems and operating requirements for implementation readiness.
  • •Coordinate business requirements across Controllership, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Accounting to support scalable processes, control frameworks, and audit alignment.
  • •Assess automation opportunities and feasibility, and design enhancements to improve end-to-end flow-of-funds visibility, including M&A integrations and supplier onboarding.
  • •Develop playbooks, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve roadmap transparency, intake prioritization, delivery tracking, and global adoption of Finance-integrated processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field, plus 2 years in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • •Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in the same fields, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • •Experience driving complex product launches with embedded finance, risk, or compliance requirements.
  • •Experience translating finance and risk requirements into actionable execution plans for product and engineering teams.
  • •Experience using at least three of: SQL, Tableau, Jira, Smartsheets, Lucidchart, or Confluence, to build structures in ambiguous environments.
