Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Kaizen’s events strategy end-to-end: build and run the annual calendar anchored to the federal buying year.
  • •Evaluate conferences and sponsorships, negotiate booth placement, and decide where Kaizen will and won’t participate.
  • •Own Kaizen’s physical presence including booth design, demo staging, collateral, and swag, working with vendors and production partners.
  • •Run field motion alongside sales: account targeting, pre-event outreach, on-site meeting scheduling, travel/staffing, and follow-up.
  • •Scope and build Kaizen-hosted events and own budget/reporting tied to pipeline, qualified meetings, and cost per meeting.

Key Requirements
