Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability through routine maintenance and health checks.
  • •Configure, maintain, and enhance business applications to meet evolving requirements.
  • •Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to manage escalations, upgrades, patches, and issue resolution.
  • •Support application testing, deployment, release management, and change activities to ensure smooth transitions.
  • •Develop and maintain documentation, provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and communicate with stakeholders on performance, incidents, risks, and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst supporting and enhancing ERP, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or other complex business-critical applications.
  • •Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into effective system solutions and functional specifications.
  • •Sound understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), application support frameworks, and change management practices.
  • •NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.
