Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive client communications using release notes, user manuals, client websites, and standardized email messages.
  • •Own PLP client support processes including billing, client relationship management, and coordinating technology activities with clients.
  • •Lead PLP participation in RFP/RFI processes on behalf of the loyalty team and coordinate with proposal teams for responses.
  • •Support loyalty team initiatives such as documenting processes, managing user access, and fulfilling ad-hoc requests.
  • •Own and drive strategic development projects with clients and technology teams, leading requirements, testing, release management, and client coordination/support.

Key Requirements
