Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage shop floor and fitting room operations, including maintaining image standards and supervising the fitting room.
  • •Ensure product replenishment during peak hours and continuous replenishment on the shop floor.
  • •Lead and motivate the team to achieve customer service standards, provide solutions and up-selling, and handle customer complaints.
  • •Coordinate visual merchandising activities by following the Visual Merchandising Manual, lighting/fixture inventory, and VM principles.
  • •Train and develop the commercial team and ensure standards and compliance, including legal compliance, SOP updates, self-assessments, audits, and health and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in fashion retail or an excellent customer service background.
