Lead day-to-day operations for two gastronomy businesses at a highway rest stop (Münsingen Ost & West), acting as the first point of contact for teams and supporting the site management. Ensure sales standards and attractive product presentation, optimize sales/marketing activities, manage ordering and deliveries, and strictly follow HACCP hygiene and safety requirements. Support SPAR operations and help build a motivated, service-focused team.
