Job Summary

Senior IT professional responsible for administering and securing enterprise user profile management systems across multinetwork desktop, VDI, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities

•Administer, operate, and maintain enterprise user profile management platforms across physical and virtual endpoints
•Monitor system health, logon times, storage usage, replication, and overall profile performance; resolve issues
•Support profile migrations, transfers, and updates across networks, domains, and environments
•Troubleshoot complex profile-related issues including corruption, sync failures, policy conflicts, authentication dependencies, and domain placement errors
•Collaborate with endpoint, VDI, storage, authentication, and cybersecurity teams to maintain profile health and improve end-user experience

Key Requirements

•4+ years of related IT experience or a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (in lieu of a degree)
•Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph
•Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE)
•Hands-on experience administering enterprise endpoint management platforms (e.g., MECM/Intune or similar) across multinetwork environments
•Strong proficiency in OS deployment, task sequencing, imaging, driver management, application packaging, and automation
