Job Summary

Carry out installations, quoted works, and project support for building management systems (BMS), including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive support. Operate, maintain, and interrogate Honeywell BMS controllers and field control systems, and commission small automation/controls projects. Modify and review BMS software programs and energy-saving measures, while building strong customer relationships across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out installations and quoted works for customers’ BMS.
•Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive/out-of-hours support.
•Operate, maintain, and interrogate Honeywell BMS controllers and field control systems.
•Commission small automation and controls projects.
•Modify and interrogate BMS software programs, strategies, and systems while monitoring and updating energy-saving measures.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls, including operating and maintaining HVAC systems.
•Experience with BMS/control protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus, and Modbus.
•Awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments.
•Ability to troubleshoot and fault-find quickly to resolve reactive works.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to compile reports and build customer relationships.
