Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Store Manager to ensure the store reaches or exceeds revenue, KPI, and profitability goals through planning and cost control.
  • •Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction by executing sales, exchanges, refunds, and discounts at the checkout while following policies.
  • •Support the Store Manager with recruiting, training, development, coaching, motivation, and retention of high-performing team members.
  • •Manage and oversee loss prevention education and awareness, taking responsibility for loss prevention and operational compliance in the store.
