Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and implementation of the project quality plan and inspection & test strategies during the construction phase within your designated area / scope.
  • •Supervise quality control activities across construction sites, ensuring compliance with codes, specifications, and approved procedures.
  • •Coordinate third-party inspection services, quality audits, and non-conformance management to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Act as the focal point for quality-related issues with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolution.
  • •Proactively identify quality risks, contribute to constructability reviews, and recommend mitigation actions to project and construction teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent.
  • •10+ years of experience in quality management, specifically in FPSO, FLNG or other oil and gas construction projects.
  • •Experience managing quality on complex, large-scale offshore projects, with a solid understanding of FPSO / FLNG or other oil & gas facilities design, construction, and commissioning processes.
  • •Proficiency in English is beneficial, especially for international projects with diverse teams.
