Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Create varied, nutritional menus in line with residents’ dietary needs and preferences using fresh ingredients
  • •Put forward ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience and help residents feel at home
  • •Train and manage the kitchen team for prepping, cooking, and serving of food
  • •Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, and manage orders and deliveries
  • •Cater for special events and seasonal activities such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays
