Design, develop, test, and integrate server-side services and APIs that power business support and customer care solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and test server-side services and back-end solutions, and integrate them with current systems.
•Monitor performance of servers and applications to ensure smooth day-to-day system operations.
•Build and integrate back-ends for business support and customer care touchpoints (e.g., SMS, CMS back-ends, HR solutions, commission engines, CDRs).
•Collaborate with front-end and mobile developers to implement required APIs and back-end components aligned on integration points.
•Contribute to CI/CD practices by building and maintaining pipeline components using DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
•Ability to study business and sales requirements and convert them into back-end solutions.
•Experience developing back-end solutions, platforms, and integrations for business/technical needs.
•Experience contributing to code quality, testing, and documentation through development tasks.
