Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate shipment and invoicing for customer orders, intercompany shipments, and internal material movements.
  • •Generate shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
  • •Monitor outbound shipping schedules and communicate deviations, delays, or priority changes to stakeholders.
  • •Assign product to trucks or staging areas by reviewing shipping orders, inventory records, and warehouse priorities.
  • •Prepare, stage, load, and coordinate outgoing shipments while following safety and material-handling requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required.
  • •Prior forklift certification or at least 6 months operating powered industrial trucks.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • •Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime as required by business needs.
  • •Two (2) years of experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations (preferred).
