•Build, lead, and scale a high performing engineering team across experience levels; define structure, roles, hiring plans, and succession pipeline
•Mentor and coach engineers daily and strategically to develop future leaders and specialists
•Champion a culture of safety, ethics, inclusion, and quality, modelling behaviors aligned with a global infrastructure firm
•Promote global knowledge sharing through Technical Practice Networks, webinars, and cross geography learning
•Serve as Lead Engineer on mid to large, multi-disciplinary projects; provide specialized technical input, design leadership, and integrated coordination across disciplines

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive engineering experience in multinational design/engineering organizations comparable in scale to AECOM
•Registered Engineer with active PRC license (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical) Engineering; Master of Engineering or Master of Science preferred
•Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams on mid to large projects with on-time delivery under budget
•Proven mentoring and capability-building experience, including establishing technical training pathways and peer reviews
