•Work with engineering to create parts, assemblies, and layouts in Creo Parametric.
•Produce designs and documentation using computer design and product lifecycle management systems, including supporting documentation.
•Develop HVAC drawings from verbal or written instructions and create sketches, 2D/3D engineering drawings, and common computations.
•Apply design best practices and technical standards, including design configuration problem recognition and recommendations.
•Manage project schedules and teams for assigned projects under senior staff direction.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in lieu of degree or an Associate’s Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
•Experience with SolidWorks, Creo Parametric, Creo Schematics, Inventor, or ProEngineer.
•Experience coordinating and directing project planning and scheduling.
•Working knowledge of design areas including change control, bill of material, product definition/selection, machine design, castings, fabrication, sheet metal, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
•Ability to translate verbal or written instructions into HVAC product drawings and follow design/drafting standards.
