Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, configure, and optimize fleet-management and device-centric solutions (cloud and on-premise).
  • •Carry out system implementations, updates, migrations, and technical customizations in customer environments.
  • •Analyze and resolve complex system, infrastructure, and configuration issues in 3rd-level support while ensuring stable system operation.
  • •Plan and conduct technical trainings for customers, field service technicians, and partners.
  • •Create technical documentation, configuration guidelines, and migration concepts, collaborating with internal specialists and professional services to support product rollouts and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed IT education (EFZ, HF/FH) or a comparable technical qualification.
  • •Experience in IT infrastructure environments and with fleet or output management solutions.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft networks, security, and cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS).
  • •Enjoy customer contact and delivering technical trainings.
  • •Analytical, independent, solution-oriented, and service-minded with very good German and English skills (French is a plus).
