Job Summary

Support the ABR (Amadeus Business Rules) rule engine suite by analyzing implementation requests and requirements from client application teams. Configure and validate rule types in Rule Type Designer (RTD), promote implementations across DEV → PRD, and troubleshoot functional support cases. Collaborate with development when code changes are needed, document specifications and findings in Confluence, and work through Jira and ServiceNow queues to manage daily delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Attend daily stand-ups and manage assigned implementation tasks and blockers for client delivery.
•Review Jira and ServiceNow queues for implementation/support requests and analyze TR specifications.
•Configure, validate, and promote ABR rule type implementations across DEV → PDT → UAT → PRD.
•Answer functional questions from application teams and triage issues such as rule not found or unexpected fallback behavior.
•Document work in Confluence, communicate investigation findings, and coordinate with developers when code fixes are required.

Key Requirements

•University degree/SENA degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and trace cause-effect relationships.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills for writing specs and explaining issues to clients.
•Basic understanding of software concepts (databases, APIs, client-server) and mandatory basic SQL; proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
•Demonstrated teamwork ability in group settings (university, internships, or extracurriculars).
