  • •An AI-native mindset with real opinions on how AI tools change “shipping fast,” and accountability for using them effectively.
  • •Technical leadership strong enough to earn trust—question architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and raise the quality bar through reviews and design discussions.
  • •Experience leading frontend-leaning full-stack teams, ideally with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
