Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive programme delivery to the agreed vision and direction, ensuring cohesion, performance, governance, and trusted client partnership.
  • •Maintain and deliver assurance and control frameworks to manage critical programme functions and outcomes/benefits back to the business case.
  • •Manage commission delivery including contractual and commercial management to achieve performance objectives and client satisfaction.
  • •Implement robust financial management processes, including oversight and reporting across the programme.
  • •Support risk strategy, health & safety risk identification/mitigation, and contribute to programme-wide risk management and assurance approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in programme management delivering large-scale or high-profile real estate transformation programmes (£100–£300m+) with measurable benefits and outcomes.
  • •Ability to prioritise complex programmes across the lifecycle and respond to internal/external influences.
  • •Construction project delivery background with progression into programme delivery management.
  • •Experience working with large multidisciplinary teams and understanding construction programme delivery models, procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
  • •Working knowledge of project controls methods (schedule, cost, risk/opportunity) and health & safety activities and legislative requirements (e.g., CDM, Building Safety Act).
