Inside Sales Associate

Build relationships with walk-in and phone customers and guide them through a smooth sales process. You’ll process and distribute customer orders, handle questions and complaints, and accurately enter sales data to generate invoices and coordinate payments or credit authorization. The role also includes evaluating warranty dispositions, estimating delivery dates, and supporting receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
