Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Salesforce’s most strategic customers by designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. Partner with a Deployment Strategist, set engineering standards, resolve hard blockers across data, orchestration, and performance, and ship reference implementations on the Agentforce platform. Own the data lifecycle across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, mentor engineers, and translate field insights into the Agentforce roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Own customer outcomes end-to-end as the senior technical authority, partnering with a Deployment Strategist from architecture decisions through production.
•Design and ship agentic AI systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, and deterministic guardrails.
•Own the data lifecycle for AI applications, including model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
•Resolve technical blockers across data integration, model deployment, orchestration breakdowns, and performance regressions; maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
•Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions; codify learnings into reusable patterns, assets, and internal frameworks while surfacing field insights to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
•Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with working knowledge across the others.
•Integrated LLMs into production and applied responsible AI practices; experience using LangChain or LlamaIndex and prompt engineering in real customer contexts.
•Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
•Deep Salesforce platform expertise including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
