Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy and execution of the Enterprise Risk Analytics roadmap while coaching a team.
  • •Standardise risk metric calculation logic (KRIs/KPIs) and attribution logic, and implement sign-off processes for data integrity.
  • •Partner with Data/Engineering to align instrumentation and data models with risk monitoring needs, ensuring reliable pipelines and data lineage.
  • •Drive insight-to-action loops by quantifying trade-offs between risk reduction, customer impact, and cost.
  • •Establish shared governance cadences and provide analytics leadership across Financial, Fincrime, Ops, Resilience, and Reg stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •3-7 years management experience in scaled fintech, financial services, or regulated technology environments.
  • •Experience building cross-domain measurement and reporting with governance and audit/evidence expectations.
  • •Familiarity with control frameworks and lines of defence models, and how analytics supports assurance and oversight.
  • •Strong stakeholder leadership to align and deliver through complex matrix organisations, especially across 1st and 2nd line.
  • •Experience with risk quantification approaches (scenario drivers, stress-style thinking, trade-off modelling) and durable analytics foundations (pipelines, monitoring, operating rhythms).
