Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are reliable, performant, and mission-critical.
•Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, including tuning and evolution in production.
•Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and deploy AI agents across their stack.
•Build the future of the platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools/features, and collaborating with research, product, and platform.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 390,000 annually
