Occupational Health Nurse

Develop and administer employee occupational health, wellbeing, and preventative health services in Grand Rapids on an on-site schedule. Manage medical surveillance and required training aligned with Corporate Medical Services, Be Well, and EHS, and facilitate care/case management for illness and injury. Lead fitness assessments, testing, vaccinations, and wellness initiatives, including regulatory and first-responder training, while supporting managers and maintaining compliant health records.
